The RCAB Wellness Program is a fundamental component of the RCAB Health Plan. It offers financial incentives for the completion of various activities to eligible employees and their spouses enrolled in the RCAB Health Plan.
If enrolled in the Enhanced or Basic Plan, you and your enrolled spouse can each earn up to $1,000 per Plan Year into your HealthEquity Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) account.
If enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you and your spouse can each earn up to $500 into your HealthEquity Health Savings Account (HSA).
You and your enrolled spouse can each receive a Wellness Reward of up to $150 as reimbursement for certain wellness-related expenses (subject to HRA/HSA maximums noted above). Eligible expenses include fitness club membership, weight management membership, fitness track purchases, nutrition/stress management classes, and more.
Note: To receive HRA dollars, employees and spouses enrolled in the Enhanced or Basic Plan, must earn $500 in financial incentives before HRA dollars are awarded and deposited into their HealthEquity accounts. The $500 threshold does not apply to participants enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan.
Step 1: Register in ahealthyme. Enrolled employees/spouses must be registered in ahealthyme to earn HRA/HSA dollars. To register, sign in to MyBlue at member.bluecrossma.com/login, then click on ahealthyme under My Care. Once registered, complete wellness activities outlined in the Wellness Program Flyer to earn HRA/HSA dollars.
Step 2: Participate in MoveSpring Challenges. Join monthly challenges focused on physical, emotional/mental, social, and nutritional wellbeing. Earn $50 in HRA/HSA incentives for successful completion of each Challenge. Click here to learn more!

Step 3: Submit your Wellness Reward. Eligible employees and spouses can each receive a reimbursement of up to $150 per Plan Year (subject to HRA/HSA maximums) for wellness-related purchases (gym memberships, exercise equipment, fitness devices, and more!). Access the claim form here.

Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all similarly situated employees, regardless of health status. If you think you might be unable to meet a health contingent standard (i.e, a program that requires an individual to satisfy a standard related to a health factor to obtain a reward or requires an individual to undertake more than a similarly situated individual to obtain the same reward) under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
