The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston Health Benefit Trust offers three Health Plan options administered
by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and CVS/Caremark. Employees enrolled in the Health Plan automatically receive prescription drug coverage, administered by CVS/Caremark.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and CVS/Caremark serve as the administrators for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston Lay Health Plans. The RCAB Health Benefit Trust offers the choice of three Health Plan options: Enhanced, Basic, and High Deductible Health Plans.
The Health Plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan. Employees may visit providers in the Blue Cross PPO network for the highest level of coverage. Employees may also receive care outside of network at a higher cost.
Employees can log in to MyBlue (online Blue Cross Blue Shield account) by visiting
member.bluecrossma.com/login. To see if a doctor, hospital, or provider is in-network, or to find a new one, employees can visit the BCBS Find a Doctor & Estimate Costs tool to search by name, hospital, or specialty. Choose "PPO or EPO" from the network drop-down menu.

Health Plan - Summary of Benefits Coverage (Plan Year 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027)
Federal law requires that we deliver the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), which describes the features of the RCAB Health Plan. The SBCs for each plan option are listed below:

Keep in mind that employees and their spouses can take advantage of many opportunities to cover their health care expenses. Enrolled employees and spouses can each earn up to $1,000 into their Health Equity Health Reimbursement Arrangement Account, including a Wellness Reward of up to $150 (subject to $1,000 maximum for Plan Year) for reimbursement of wellness expenses. NEW! Teladoc Health Chronic Condition Management Plus Program
Eligible employees and dependents enrolled in the RCAB Health Plans may participate in Teladoc Health’s Chronic Condition Management Plus Programs, which provide virtual healthcare support for prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and weight management at no additional cost. Eligible employees, spouses, and dependents (age 18+) can sign up for just one or as many programs for which they are eligible and enjoy access to connected health-monitoring devices, certified health coaches, and support from physicians and mental health specialists. Learn to Live
Learn to Live is an online, self-directed program designed to help participants address stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, insomnia, panic disorder, resilience, and/or social anxiety. Employees enrolled in one of the RCAB Health Plans (and their spouse and dependents age 13 and older) are invited to complete a short mental health questionnaire and, based on these results, Learn to Live will recommend a program that best suits their needs. The program uses cognitive behavioral techniques and resources to help improve mental health. Participants can access Learn to Live on their phones, tablets, and computers 24/7, and enjoy access to coaches and peer groups. All information collected by Learn to Live is treated confidentially.

Important Notice Regarding Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095-B and 1095-C Forms
Per the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston Health Plan will not be mailing the 1095-B and 1095-C forms to eligible participants for 2025. Instead, copies of these forms will be mailed upon request.
Forms will also be available in BAS/MyEnroll by March 31. Instructions on how to access these forms are available here.
